By installing or using the Consultant Notes Chrome extension or web app ("the Software"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please uninstall the extension and discontinue use.

2. About Consultant Notes

Consultant Notes is free software developed by Sveltify LLC. It allows users to log daily work in a structured weekly calendar view, stored locally in the browser. No account, subscription, or payment is required.

3. License

Sveltify LLC grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Software for personal or professional purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or reverse-engineer the Software except as permitted by applicable law.

4. Your data

All content you create using Consultant Notes is stored locally in your browser. Sveltify LLC has no access to your notes, projects, or any other content you create. You are solely responsible for managing and backing up your own data. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

5. Acceptable use

You agree to use the Software only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the Software to:

• Infringe the intellectual property rights of others
• Engage in any activity that violates applicable local, national, or international law

6. Disclaimer of warranties

The Software is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Sveltify LLC does not warrant that the Software will be error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with all websites or browser versions.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sveltify LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Software, including any loss of data.

8. Changes to the Software or these Terms

Sveltify LLC reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Software at any time. These Terms may be updated from time to time; the "Last updated" date above will reflect any changes. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
